Duplass Returns to Chilling Form in ‘Creep 2’ Official Trailer!

Two months after confirmation from Mark Duplass on Twitter, horror fans were treated to the trailer for Creep 2, the follow-up to the 2014 indie sensation. Duplass returns as Josef, now under the identity of his last victim Aaron, a mentally unhinged who essentially manipulates videographers into recording their own deaths. I absolutely LOVE the first one, and having the original team back definitely adds to my hype levels. The second installment of the proposed horror trilogy is described on IMdB as:

A video artist looking for work drives to a remote house in the forest to meet a man claiming to be a serial killer. But after agreeing to spend the day with him, she soon realizes that she made a deadly mistake.

This is just a slight twist on the original Creep, only this time we follow vlogger Sara who films her encounters from odd Craigslist posts. She may have seen some weird stuff, but she hasn’t met Peachfuzz! The trailer appears to up the creep factor in every way, including Duplass sporting a new beard & man-bun combo. Except not the hot lumberjack kind, more like the creepy poet kind (which could be your thing, I’m not judging). Creep 2 will hit digital platforms October 24th, 2017 just in time for Halloween, presumably on Netflix shortly after where the original formed its cult following. Check out the official trailer as Sara quickly learns if you go looking for weird stuff on the internet, you’re going to find it!
